Which service should I choose?

To identify a microorganism you have already isolated, start with BioID. To investigate plant disease, choose PhytoTrace. For functional soil diagnostics (enzyme activity, mycorrhizae, PGPM), use SoilCheck. For an entire environmental microbiome profile, use MetaInsight. For a custom inoculant, see BioInoc.

How do I collect samples?

We share collection protocols and shipping instructions on order. Cultures travel in sterile Petri dishes; soil and plant samples in sealed sterile bags. We maintain chain of custody from receipt onward.

How long do results take?

BioID: up to 8 working days. PhytoTrace: 10–12 working days. HortoScan: about 1 working day. SoilCheck and MetaInsight: depends on the panel — MetaInsight metagenomics can take up to 40 working days.

Are bulk discounts available?

Yes — most services have a single volume break above 10 samples. Larger or partner contracts are negotiated case by case.

Do results include recommendations?

Yes. Each report includes a quality summary and an interpretation tailored to the analysis you ordered.
