4 POSITIONSSenior Mycologist
Lead mycorrhizal inoculant R&D. Design microbial consortia for crop resilience, manage culture collections, and publish in peer-reviewed journals.

Build computational pipelines for DNA barcoding (BioID) and soil metagenomics. Python, R, and NGS analysis experience required.
· Fundão, PTIoT / Embedded Systems Engineer
Develop Vis-NIR spectroscopy sensors for field deployment (BioNIR). Firmware, edge computing, and agricultural telemetry.

Support daily laboratory operations: sample preparation, culture maintenance, equipment calibration, and quality control protocols.
